The Landings at Lighthouse Pointe

This development is comprised of eighty condominiums in ten buildings, plus a clubhouse, pond, and monument signs on 15.5 acres. The model was commissioned for the developer’s sales center and depicts this at 3/32 inch = 1 foot scale, including significant amounts of grading, landscaping, furniture, pedestrians, and lighting.

Naperville Church of Christ

Two models were built of the Naperville Church of Christ, one of the original structure and one of the addition. The original structure includes a tall steeple and port cochere side entrances which were removed to accommodate the addition. The model was commissioned by the architect and was done at 1/8 inch = 1 foot scale.

Naperville Church of Christ Addition

Surrounding the original structure, the Naperville Church of Christ addition provides an additional 20,500 square feet of floor area. In addition to the building, this model incorporates the surrounding site including front water features and parking. This model was commissioned by the architect and was completed at 1/16 inch = 1 foot scale.

Ronald Knox Montessori School

The current Ronald Knox Montessori School will be demolished to make way for this two story school building. The model includes surrounding parking, playground, fence, vehicles, and landscaping. This model was commissioned by the school for fundraising purposes and is built at 1/8 inch = 1 foot scale.

Private Residence – Oak Park, IL

Commissioned by the architect for a design review hearing, this model paved the way for design approval and the go ahead for construction. The model includes the original Victorian home and the rear two story addition. Built at 1/16” = 1’-0” scale, the model also includes a rear coach house and site landscaping.

Private Residence – Winnetka, IL

This new construction home model was commissioned by the homeowner to be built in four separate, interlocking pieces. The basement, first floor, second floor, and roof sections stack together to create the full structure. The model is built at ¼” = 1’-0” scale and also includes a detached garage.
